Raymond Joseph Sullivan, 88, of Wessex Lane passed away October 26, 2015. Raymond was born in Bronx, NY to the late Joseph and Margaret Fitzgerald Sullivan. He retired as a Yard Foreman with the New York Transit Authority; a member of The Catholic Church of St. Mark, and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Father Matthew J. O’Keefe Assembly #1162.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Rose Marie Sullivan; daughter, Brigitte M. Espinosa and her husband, Michel; grandchildren, Alicia, Nathaniel, Justin and Cecilia.
A Chalice Ceremony will be conducted by the Knights of Columbus M. J. O’Keefe Assembly 1162 on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 7 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. at The Catholic Church of St. Mark, 1505 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach with Rev. Anthony Mpungu officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk.
