Richard Wayne Rafi
VIRGINIA BEACH- Richard Wayne Rafi, 58, passed away September 14, 2016. He was born in Maryland to Ret. LT COL, Paul Harry Rafi, USMC and the late Leola Morris Rafi. Richard was a friendly, well-read individual who had a unique way about himself. Besides his books, his greatest joy was caring for his chocolate lab, Cheyenne whom we’re sure greeted him on the other side.

Besides his father, left to cherish his memory are his sister, Marie R. Ciociola (Louie); brothers, Harry C. Rafi (Lee) and Thomas P. Rafi; niece, Cailyn M. Rafi; nephew, Justin P. Rafi and numerous other loving family and friends.
