Frances Dubis Baines, 91, formerly of Lockard Ave passed away November 30, 2015. Frances was born in Conventry, RI to the late Frank and Wilhemina Hanica Dubis and was the loving wife of the late Ernest H. Baines, Jr., She was also predeceased by sons, Ronald and Richard "Bobby" Baines; she was also a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Laura F. Baines; sons, Donald Baines (Karen) and Ernest K. Baines (Patty); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Scoccio and Steffie Allen.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk.
