Jeffrey Alan Levy, 71, passed away July 19, 2015. He was born in Saginaw, MI to the late Delbert and Viola LeClair Levy-Miller. Jeffrey, a Vietnam veteran, retired as a Chief Petty Officer after 26 years in the United States Navy. He was a long standing member of the American Legion Post #327 in Norfolk and the Knights of Pythias, Charity Lodge 10 in Norfolk.
Survivors include his daughter, Shannon M. Manning (Wade); son, Paul Jeffrey Levy (Kathy); grandchildren, Parker, Violet, Mikayla, and Gage; a sister and a brother; and a host of other family and friends.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 2 p.m.at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake with full military honors. He will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
