Carol Richardson Kent
Carol Richardson Kent of the 3800 block of Franklin Street passed away on July 3, 2015. A lifelong resident of Portlock, Norfolk County, she was the daughter of the late F. Jennings and Lucile M. Richardson and wife of the late Daniel W. Kent. She was the organist for Graham Funeral Home for many years.

Survivors include her daughter, Dr. Dana E. Kent and her husband, Dr.Scott M. Sears; a son, Christopher J. Kent and his wife, Christine; two grandchildren, Caleb M. Sears and Kathryn "Katie" E. Sears; two sisters, Lucile R. Younger and her husband, Bob and Jeanette R. Clifton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 8 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
