Sorry about your father, I know you took good care of him for the last 23 years after your mom's passing.
I know how much he depended on you for all his needs and I am glad you took such good care of him. It was a big job but you didn't think twice and he knew he could depend on you when he called. Take comfort in knowing he loved you very much, and you did everything possible for him. He is at peace now. We love you and will be praying for you.

Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. Uncle Walter was such a sweet, mild spoken man. I remember him always with a lovely smile on his face.

Condolence: We visited Dad this past Friday, September 7th, and remarked how well he looked. He was in good spirits. He was engaging and ready to talk and visit. We carried him his usual sweet treats and he ate them right away, with the joy he always showed, when getting something from the “outside”. We hugged his neck, told him we loved him, and kissed him goodbye….what a perfect last visit.
