William "Jack" Combs passed away July 25, 2017 at the age of 81. William was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Evelynn Combs.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Grace Combs; daughters, Jackie Tallon and her husband, Bill and Wendy Thigpen and her husband, Glenn; his grandsons, Bradley and Ryan Thigpen; and his brother, Donald Combs and his wife, Linda.
The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Saturday July 29 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
